Transcyko heavy duty Helical Gearboxes are ideally suited for heavy industry high torque gearbox applications. We provide Helical Bevel Gearboxes with torque ratings up to 551,600 Nm to suit very heavy applications. Our gears are all precision machined and ground using the very best imported CNC machining and grinding machines to ensure excellent performance and a very long service life.

The excellent quality of our machining and inspection facilities also insures smooth operation of the helical bevel gearbox at all times. Our helical bevel gearboxes come in a range of mountings and shaft options to suit your specific application requirements. We also provide bevel gears for your gearbox for special applications. Our output shaft options include solid shaft, hollow shaft with key, and shrink disk.

Compact Durable Design Our cyclo housings are made of gray cast iron FC25, above 620 are FCD 45. Power transmitting components are made from bearing grade steel SUJ2 that is hardened and ground.
